SouthernCakeQueen Lands in Concourse-A at Charlotte Douglas International Airport
CHARLOTTE, N.C., — SouthernCakeQueen, known for its gourmet desserts and signature pink truck, will make its sweet treats available exclusively through Phipps Kitchen and Uptown Bar & Lounge in Charlotte Douglas International Airport (Concourse A) beginning (TBD). A sampling will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013, 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM on Concourse A.
“We are proud to be working with a proven foodservice operator like SB&J to offer a little piece of heaven to the millions of travelers that visit Charlotte Douglas each year,” said ‘Emma L. Merisier, owner of SouthernCakeQueen. “Charlotte is known for its southern hospitality. I want it to also be known for its decadent desserts.”
Phipps Kitchen and Uptown Bar & Lounge operate from 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM and the fresh-baked desserts will be delivered daily. Dessert offerings at each location are below.
